In this guide you will find a short summary about all the necessary informations you will need to understand how you can help Lisa win one or multiple SOOMPI AWARDS. 

The K-pop nominees are selected from how well they perform on the SOOMPI MUSIC CHARTS + their popularity on SOOMPI.

The higher we get Lisa on the chart the higher is the chance she gets to be nominated in multiple categories!!

SOOMPI MUSIC CHARTS:

The Soompi Music Chart takes into account rankings by various major music charts in Korea as well as the hottest trending artists on Soompi.

💿+💽 25% Gaon Singles + Albums Chart 

📈 15% Various Internet Charts (Bugs, Melon, Soribada, Genie)

📺 20% Soompi Airplay 

📈 40% TV Music Show Charts (SBS "Inkigayo," KBS "Music Bank," Mnet "M Countdown,"                         MBC "Music Core," MBC Plus "Show Champion") 

If Lisa got nominated the only way to vote for her is with the SOOMPI APP, which can be downloaded from the PLAY STORE or APP STORE:

For iOS users (iPhone): here. 

1. Open the SOOMPI APPS

2. Click on the last icon down at the right corner

3. You are able to sign up with GOOGLE or FACEBOOK, if you use the app on iPhone you can even sign up with Apple. But before make sure you agreed to the terms of use.

4. If you agreed a the field should be filled with a white checkmark with a blue background.      Choose which way you want to sign up. 

5. To log out of your account go to settings (click on the symbol in the right corner above) 

6. Click on LOG OUT.

If you have filled everything, make sure to click UPDATE in the upper right corner.

7. You have to choose a fanclub. Click on the second symbol where it says "Fan Club". Then click the symbol with the crown with a question mark in the middle. 

8. Type BLACKPINK in the search bar and then click on "JOIN"

9. If it worked it should say "JOINED"

10. If you click on the fourth smybol, you will find what's trending on soompie and other news etc.

11+12. If you have chosen your fanclub go back to your profile. Now BLACKPINK should be listed under "MY FAN CLUBS". Click on it and you will come to BLACKPINK's profile. 

13. There you find news, articles etc about BLACKPINK. You can give the articles you you like a heart down in the left corner. 

14. If you click on LISA's tag you will find every article which mentions Lisa is about Lisa. 

15. It's important that you like articles about Lisa, to make her popularity rise on SOOMPIE. Remember the popularity on SOOMPI is one of the reasons to get nominated in many awards.

16+17+18. If you will go to your profile you will see the number of articles you have reacted to and if you click on the number you will get all the articles listed you have reacted to. 

Now to the most important part. HOW TO VOTE for the SOOMPI AWARDS: 

19. Click on the 3rd symbol which says "AWARDS". To vote click on "VOTE NOW"

20. Search until you find BLACKPINK or LISA then click on the pic until "VOTE" comes up, then click on "VOTE" 

21. Above, you will find the current stand of the voting. 

22. To change the category scroll up and click on the next category until you come across the ones LISA and BLACKPINK are nominated for.

Users can continue to vote for each nomination list.

Each account can only vote once a day.

But no need to worry, users can vote for their idol every day until the last day of the voting.

Apart from voting using the Soompi application, fans can also participate via Twitter for #TwitterBestFandom nominations.

Unlike other nominees, voting for #TwitterBestFandom can only be done twice within one month of voting time.

The voting consists of two voting sessions. each voting session lasts 24 hours. The time period of this voting will be announced by SOOMPI every year. 

The Twitter votings are quite easy, especially for LILIES it should be no problem for us to win this. 

Important is only that you need to write at least a sentence, use a pic, video or link together with the hashtag #Team (fill in the name of the K-pop group) and #TwitterBestFandom.

It is also important to use the correct spelling SOOMPI dictates, to make the votes count. 

The total votes from both Round One and Round Two will determine the winner of the the Twitter Best Fandom category, as well as the new honorary distinction, the Rising Fandom Achievement.

⭐ For categories marked with a star, ranking is determined by a combination of fan votes and Soompi Music Chart scores. But bear in mind, high chart scores can be trumped by volume of votes. Which means we have to vote harder than ever for Lisa !!! 

In 2019 BLACKPINK & JENNIE were nominated in: 

      BLACKPINK:

           - ARTIST OF THE YEAR, ALBUM OF THE YEAR, SONG OF THE YEAR, BEST FEMALE                  GROUP, BEST COLLABORATION, LATIN AMERICA POPULARITY AWARD, MUSIC                      VIDEO OF THE YEAR,

BLACKPINK only won BEST FEMALE GROUP unfortunatly. 

     JENNIE:

           - BEST FEMALE SOLO, BEST CHOREOGRAPHY 

Jennie won nothing because her fans and BLINKS were not prepared for this voting at all. 

A reason why we must learn from their mistakes and do better. LILIES are known to be monster voters so I have faith that we can bring Lisa as many awards as we can!!! 

Here is a small explaination how you can change your profile & background pic. 

19. Go to your profile and click on the camera symbol, choose the pictures you like and when you are done click on "UPDATE" and that's it.
